Give me a Report Leech option in cross dungeon

I'm growing tired of hm 8 fully equipped players chillaxing at the beginning of the dungeon. 

 

And I know they didn't just get interrupted by real life cause they're also quick to leave when the dungeon is done. They paid enough attention to step inside and leave when we are done. They're leeches. So give me a Report Leech button. 

 

While I'm at it, why do I have to type reportbot, why can't I do that from the party list? 

 

Apparently that's how you get true breeze etc... Leeching in dungeons.
