Characters gone after win7 reinstall....

Long story...

 

I took a windows auto update the other day and I ended up losing my entire system for some reason. After booting from a disc and reinstalling drivers/software and this game, I ran into a huge problem.  My account info appeared at the log in but it would not take my password. I went through the steps to recover and it sent an email confirmation with the email I had registered with. I confirmed with the email, changed the pass and then logged back in with the new account pass to get the update. After the update finished , it started another 4gb update but allowed me to hit play now. It asked for my 6 digit pin which i entered and then asked me to confirm....like i was setting it up for the first time. When I got to the character screen, all my characters were gone. So it appears my account is intact, but it's completely wiped out. 

 

Is this a common issue from a windows reinstall or did I get hacked? How can I get my characters back?

 have you made sure you are login into the right region ?  you can check in the launcher window, just above the 'play' button NA or EU  same account works in both regions

I checked in the lobby to see purchase history of ncoins.....empty.

It has allowed me to log into my existing account but it is somehow treating it as a brand new account.......this sucks

I have the same Problem,I just reinstall the game and this happens,Have you found out any solution? if you did please tell me i will appreciate that...
