Nightshade Harbor drops 2 types of Moonwater Revival Charms

Ones are green& pink and usable only for levels 37-45 (so unusable for most people doing Nightshade) and the others are blue and for lvl 37+. I guess the first type was supposed to be removed from mini bosses loot table with expansion to lvl 50, as the players are in general doing this instance at later levels now, but clearly wasn't.
