Costumes purchase

So there are a lot of costumes in the wardrobe 'preview', however there are only a few in the cash shop, my question is can i somehow buy them if they're not in the cash shop, and how?

Cause if not, that's quite stupid...

Not all of the outfits in Wardrobe are from the cash shop. Some are from dungeons, wheels, and other farmable methods. Some outfits were in previous cash shop rotations and are not available anymore. There are limited time outfits.

Yup, just as i feared... And i actually wanted to get a subscription, but if i can't even buy the outfits i want...

Some are exclusive costumes like the founders pack ones (high noon, east meets west, and transcendence / surpass) or from special events like the two daily dash ones (regium corvius, night luna).  And the warlock leveling event costume.  Most of the ones you see in the wardrobe are rotated in and out of the cash shop periodically.
