Unexpected lag/stutter

Hello, i don't have high end pc and about 2 weeks ago i unpark my CPU (I follow this guide http://thehowtoman.com/how-to-unpark-cpu-for-battlefield-4/ ). After unpark on Arena (tag match) and Dungeons I had no problem. Maybe GameGuard is problem? But i think GG enable at 4 April and my problem found on 6 April. I follow and this guide 

But i have same problem..With Unpark + Nvidia Inspector settings i dont have problem for 7 days ago and when i close the game for 3 hours and i go out ( i didnt turn off pc) after i come back and open game,i have so much lag on Dungeons / Arena (i had this problem before unpark). I run BurnInTest and didnt find a problem! I did a system restore and the problem still exists. :/
