UI problem

 Anyone know how to turn on or off this warning bar?  I know how it works from live streams, I have it when I ctrl+f1 to modify my UI, but I have never seen it actually work, I have done all content, dungeons etc,  so I presume there must be a setting to turn it on or off, this has been bugging me for months any help would be greatly appreciated

It will give u a warning including timebar and "easy Spacebar dodge" on boss attacks.

 

U can turn it on or off with then Option "Display Contextual Action Promts" in Options -> Game -> Camera
