How do you get "Moonwater soul"?

But that shows result about only "Moonwater arena soul shield"which is no need for now.

Therefore I couldn't find any useful information or resource that comes in handy.

Hello you need 80 relic pices from naryu labrinth and 3 honorary ornaments which drops from big purple dungeons and off market for 14 gold or so

 

80 relic peices× 3 honorary ornament= Moknwater Soul
