character info and market place doesnt show status

when i check other's character info or check market place to buy anything like a custom or weapon, the items doesnt show status when i move the mouse on them

from the begin i thought it's normal in this game, it shouldnt show any of that untill i just see this video 

 

 

on time 5:06 i saw him, he can see the status of the items

then i asked my friends, some of them could see it and some of them not

this is a picture of my issue

Wow it always has been like that for me that I thought its something normal.

Good to know its just another bug.
