Is this a bug?

Maybe a noob question,but..

I'm level 47,Warlock,already run passed BSH / Poh 24man and stuffs.
I got the Daojin's Plea quest before (Quest to unlock Naryu Labyrinth),I go to the place to return the quest,but i got lagged at that time and when i logged back,i lost the quest but Naryu Labyrinth not unlocked for me.

take your mouse over the button from naryu lab and a window will appear. There should stand (in red) why you cannot enter this dungeon.

Maybe it´s not because of the quest, but because of something different?

u shud do the the reunion quest then go to bloodshade 6 man then its fine
