PVP in low areas

I have a issue with players that don't understand basic gaming ethnics. I saw two high lvl players in the the pvp outfits blue and red saying there were there to get experience. the problem with that is you can not get experience if they are lower then you. also I don't like the idea of killing pinkies. I think that if you are a certain lvl you can't kill the player or get pentilized. I feel that how you treat others is a big deal high lvls stay in your areas when pvping if you want to come to the low lvls then come and play but not in your pvp gear. lets help each other out and play nice.
