Help w/ Soul

I bought the soul from the lab merchant and I accidentally sold it on accident ; n ; Is there any way i can get it back pls i worked so hard for it.. Junghado never gave me an ornament so i had to bid war in every dungeon.

The problem is that i didn't even noticed that i sold it so now im nowhere near the merchant. Does it work if I'm still logged in?

ok, i've been warned for my previous post was considered as 'ofending' or so.

ofc you can try support. Once i have seen that they restored an item which guy accidentaly destroyed by his mistake, BUT it was captured on the video and that guy was a hardcore casher. And also it was different compay (ESTsoft) so it was completely individual staff.

Well I didn't offend your post but I don't have video footage sadly.. Crap.. I don't want to farm for 3 ornaments again..
