Avok, please contact our Support team regarding this. Upon purchasing Premium, the effects are automatic so something tells me there may have been some payment difficulties that we can resolve by having you reach out to Support.

Just FYI, the same thing happened to me this afternoon.  I put in a ticket and the response was that there was a problem with PayPal, and when I checked my account activity there the charge was not reflected.  I cancelled the subscription on the BnS account mgt site, bought another with a credit card and voila! that one worked.

 

You might have to cancel and re-purchase if you were using PayPal.
