is there a way that you can transfer servers?

I don't think so..

According to my experiences,allowing that in other games would lead to unbalanced servers hurting all servers because some will end up very crowded which might cause more lag and have its own impact on server economy while other will end up being deserts..

I personally don't think it would be a good idea. :/
