you can set your 3rf keys to do it easier

Its preference. Its not really easier, but just the way "you" like to play. I personally enjoy 3LBF, my 3rf is decent, not too fast, but not too shabby. And no matter what key config you have, you wont really be able to do it faster, how fast it is depends on your ping and timing and practice, not on the key config. Another nice Key config I saw is Mosh's 4RF.
