Mushin Tower cant Entry 1Floor

Hello guys I got a problem,

 

Today i reached lvl 45 and wanted to progress the story. Currently im at akt4 Chapter 1 which means i have to go to Mushin tower floor 2 to progress.

I went to hogshead hamlet to get the entry quest for the tower and then talked to the npc next to the pvp daily quests and it says i have to go to the 2 floor.

But the entry to the 1 floor is closed for me. I went into the training room and the was no training dummy for me after i talked to the npc.

I havent done any blue quest execpt the tower entry quest only story and pvp so far.

There's a set of stairs you can just walk up to reach the 2nd floor.

You have a quest saying you have you 

-Report back to Dokdan the Wise on the first floor of Mushin's Hall.

Once you've done it you can accept the daily quest and go to Mushin's Tower 1F.

At there you can see dummies on the right side, Dokdan at the left side with daily quests. 

And the left side of the portal you'll see a Gatekeeper, speak with him and challenge all challengers in Mushin's tower.

Have fun and suffer at Mushin's tower! (it's haard!) xD
