Blade dancer grab cant escape

Typical bd match is him spinnning and resisting plus parrying everything all day  then going for air combo and grab zapping. Now that grab burns about 35% of my hp as destro and the only way to escape it is spec 2 points in tab, now heres the trick: i tab out of it once and some time later, while tab is still in cd, i get grabbed again and bursted for 35% of hp without any means of escaping, any pro korean tips?

Watch for the sword animation when you are grabbed, right before the black sword hits the back of your head press 2.
