A costume I wanted

So there was a costume I was planning on getting, and it was there earlier but when i switched to my other character to buy it but it wasn't there. Why?

Perhaps the other character cannot equip it, and thus is doesn't show for them...I think.

 

Or NCSoft screwed up again. They're prone to that.
