Just a little reminder that there is a nice guide which can help you to boost your fps in crowded areas.

It helped me atleast to get solid 60fps with ctrl+f mode (and 60fps with combat mode) in the new Faction Area and 30 +/-fps in Harvest ch.1

 

Specs: AMD A10-6400, GTX 760, 16GB Ram

This definitely helped me, I still have big frame drops with a lot of players, but the FPS spikes a lot less now. With players hidden the game runs smoothly.
