WTFast Not Working Correctly?

So I've gotten WTFast and everything and got it working on the EU server but when I go ingame I don't see a single difference of ping from how it was to now.

Although WTFast says I have around 60-70 ping when I check my Resource Monitor it says 170~ ping like I always had playing BnS.

Here are some pictures for illustration:

There will be several ip addresses but the one you need is WTFast not the launcher.

What do you mean exactly? Instead of looking at the launcher I need to look at the several wtfast connections there?   Combining all of them will let me know the real ping?

Your client keeps several connections aside from your game connection, such as a connection to auth server/various other services that do not impact your immediate gameplay. There is a specific port you should be checking your latency for, and as much as I hate to admit it, the ping you're looking for is in wtfast window.

Mhm, I see.

But if that's the case then why do I still struggle doing RMB+F as an Assassin smoothly?

Edit: Also ani-canceling is still a difficult thing to do with this ping
