After 24 hour.....

after 24 hour  trying to get in into my main when it stuck in loading page after use portal from mushin tower to zaiwei town (following main quest) and it still not get it yet :( , i can play on my low lvl char and nothing seem to been problem with my pc, so what the problem with the zaiwei town?

 

after many thing trying such as restart launcher, repair fail, and bla bla bla still no hope so what can i do?
