item recieve bugged

I cannot receive any of my items. The first item stays highlighted but not checked. I tried to get a set of keys out and the check mark went in but it said it gave me a repair tool. and my keys are gone, not in my bag,,,,gone.

I'm having the exact same issue. I'm not able to receive any new rewards. I can daily spin to get a reward and it'll go to the rewards pick up box, but the box is uncheckable and even if you check the receive all box it disregards checking any new rewards after this recent patch.

Same issue. Can't claim new rewards and can't tick the boxes. Description is bugged as well.

And small image of the pirate emblem is not shown in the mailbox list.

After the yesterday update you nedd to "unpack" the items one by one before you can claim them (unpack button is on the bottom right side of the window), which is kind of silly in my opinion....

Just right click the item, it will say unpack.

And then you can just do what you wanted to do.
