Friend Req Block Useless

As I have requested once before, BLOCK needs to be account based, not char based.

 

The offending friend request spammer just makes a new char, add some garbage alph at end, and starts the whole process again. The new friend request block implementation is useless.

For me I block the name and they still continue to send friendship requests, same exact names.

This is why I requested for account based block before.

 

Right now, You have AcctA, create CharB, send request, you block CharB. I delete CharB and go ahead and create CharC under AcctA and can send request again. Your block is useless.
