Does anyone know the exact time the leveling event ends?

Pretty much the title of the thread. Does the event end tomorrow 6 pm PST? Or tonight at 12? I need some help because I want to see if I can still make it D:

Since they will send out the prizes during/after the maintenance, i'm pretty sure the maintenance's start date is the event's ending date. Here:

" Starting on March 23 at 4:00 AM PDT / March 23 at 11:00 AM UTC, all servers will undergo maintenance for approximately 4 hours and 15 minutes. "
