Terrors spawn time?

Do the have an spawn time? Like honestly only way to tell when they are about to spawn  is run by the bots who camp them day and night, and since im on the opposite faction of the bots, i actually need to put people together to hopefully wipe the bots and players that take adv of them, and take the terrors, but it cant be done in 10 mins, so i was wondering if they actually have a schedule or is random. I refuse to believe its random when i can see bots fill up the channel 5-10 mins before they spawn...
