what keys are for this 3 buttons ?

1 , 2 and next player .

That is the grave accent key, to the left of your 1 key if you are using a standard US/UK QWERTY keyboard. If you are in the arena, it swaps you out for the next player. If you are in observation mode, it uses one of your interference chances.

If you are looking for the key binding, it can be found in Settings -> Key Bindings -> Functions -> "Side Skill Slot". This is the button for your interfere/swap button in tag matches. As far as I know the button to register next player isn't bindable.
