Cant salvage moonwater offering weapons

Opened a couple of moonwater offering weapon chests.  The weapons I got our cannot be salvaged.  I think this is a small bug.

Just a bit of an extension to this, also can't salvage Sealed Blackwyrm Razors, however, other Blackwyrm weapons are salvageable.
