Character Transfer

Hello!
I have one question. How can i transfer my character from Windrest to Cardinal Gates? I can do this or cant? :D (sorry for my english)

Server transfer is not a option in this game. I had a level 45 KFM in Jiwan and decided that I wanted to play on Mushin because of friends so I re-rolled.

Sorry but that's your only option at this point...
