wall dash help

I´ve reach lvl 45 and completed all missions from old cho but i dont get the quest for wall dash, I alreade pass the misty woods area and it didnt appear

You should have gotten a purple quest that required you to buy a feathered fan from the misty woods faction npc (which ever faction you are, they are running about 60 silver) and when you talk to him you get the skill. If you didn't get that quest you need to back track and figure out where the purple quest ended and see if you can find it. 

 

If you did that quest already just sprint towards a wall and you should climb it.. it's really really buggy and you'll only be able to wall run on like. 1/8 of the cliffs/walls around the world.

you can also run up most of the skinny trees in misty woods too so much fun
