Destroyers moving around when cced

Is there A legitimate reason why destroyers can spin while laying on the ground webbed ? or stunned ? 

And when I say spin I don't mean the attack they spin with there axe , Just there laying body spinning around while still being stunned or webbed

I believe they are what we call bots who have been using illegal stuff to make that happen , because I have seen it myself several times in arena . As far as my experience goes you cannot make your character turn while laying down or while getting cc by stun daze , knocked back . Heck they even position themselves while I was beating the pulp out of them with my KFM grappling them on the ground . This issue really needs to be addressed

Yeah also I am ashamed myself as a destroyer.. I seen a lot bots in the arena and all of them was destroyer somehow..

Wait till you see the destroyer or summoner exp farm trains. I've seen those. Sad and hilarious at the same time XD.
