Insane lag issues

Hello all.

 

I am experiencing major latency issues. Doesn't matter whether my character is alone, in a big boss group or arena. It is always lagging.

I have already tried:

1. Turning antivirus off / firewall permits.
2. Changing game into full screen (alt+enter).
3. CTRL+F (obviously, this is not the problem as my hardware is good).
4. Don't have an ASUS motherboard.

 

Ideally my ping to DE and Frankfurt specifically should be 80ms. My internet speed is 100download/3upload.

This issue makes no sense. Perhaps I am missing something? Everything seems to be in order but I still get both lagspikes and both bad response time (skills take 1-1.5 seconds to activate after pressing, and sometimes game freezes for 5-10 seconds action wise- NOT FPS- can still move around but not press any skills or perform actions).

 

Please help me out. This is freaking me out, game is unplayable like this as it is a live, real-time game.

 

Edit: The interesting part is other games work flawlessly. Every single other game. It is only Blade & Soul that I have problems with.

yeah today is lagging a lot -_-

But its always like this, lot players complain since CBT about EU servers lagging and ncsoft still didn't solve the problem. They just say is our ISP problem, we call ISP they say is nothing wrong and is NCsoft problem....

I thought i was the only one getting the lag treatment. Skill delay is insane i died a few times either skills won't activate or just a long lag and sudden death.

 

Resource monitor shows client.exe doesn't hit 200 ping so idk what's up with EU server.
