Will the bsh4 skills become alot cheaper?

On EU the lightning draw skill is 300 gold, if i buy that now will i regret it?

Or should i wait for 50 content, will there be other ways to get that skill?

it's the only place to get that skill from what i've known, so unless the supply increases, otherwise it will stay high.
(It cost 500g+ in NA,be happy lulz)
