Cannot Login

Hi. I was killed by crimsons under BW and got insta dc at the same time. Now i cant login to my main but all my alts are working. Whenever i try to log in to my main insta Crash.

Where does it crash? Loading screen, or after loading, in characters screen after picking main character?

Did you try to disable AV temporarily? Check if this work with you, it worked once for me.
