Can't install BNS after update.

So i updated my Windows, but before that, i uninstalled BNS for whatever reasons and since then, i can't install the game again, because it says period i already have one copy of the game, which is impossible since i removed every data of this game, every hidden file etc possible for me. I don't know what i should do further, there is no sign of any registry data or whatsoever left from this but i still get this error. Any help?
