Request: Pls make BLOCK list account based

Right now, I block a spammer on my Char A, I will see the same spam again when I switch to Char B. If I block a user, my block list should be account based and I shouldn't not have to report and block multiple times for each character.

 

Please make the block list account based like the friend list and not character based.
