Mail restrictions

After reading forum I got that even If you charge NCoins you may still have blocked mail. But I wanna know what will I get If I will be lucky and in my case after spend real money my mail will be accidentally unlocked. Please help me to clarify. If I understood it correctly:

1) I still will not be able to send mail to players from other servers.

2) Because an opportunity to trade inside dungeons doesn't exist, it's also not a way.

3) The information "send mail to your alternate characters" is absolute lie from NCSoft.

4) There are 2 ways to trade: both players on the same server and trade OR both players on the same server and send mail.

I also know that some people trade/send gold through auction, but how... If there are no names.

You don't need to know the name if you know the price.

That's all I'll say about it.

 

It's a pretty useful way of transfering your money/items to you other characters on the same account (which should be possible WITHOUT any roundabouts, NCsoft...). Though, you'll always be losing money while doing it (on the auction fees).
