BUG REPORT

I play as a kung fu master and I have been trying to acquire the "infernal gauntlet" in order to level up my weapon, however whenever I play the dungeon "tomb of the exiles", the said place to find this item, I can't seem to get any luck and buying it seems to be impossible. Is this a bug in the program or is there a trick to acquiring it? could someone tell me.
