Zoning Delay and Loading Screens

I'm having a constant issue with zoning into Dungeons and other areas of the map.  How do I reduce my zoning and loading screen times?  Sometimes I have to wait a min or more on each loading screen. My ping seems good and I have minimal Lag.  I play on an ASUS Gaming laptop with 8 GB Ram.  Any ideas how to reduce my zoning/loading screen lag?

The most common advice I could find on this topic is to wait in front of those portals. Six or so seconds should suffice. When doing Cross-Server dungeon, there's no way to circumnavigate it.
