Today I have done this boss in E fleet all 5 times I have not gotten the box to drop once. The first time I know I did not do the damage to get the box, combination of lag and players kicking and throwing her all over the damn area kept me from getting close. The next 4 times though I was literally on her ass the entire time, triggering combos that can only be triggered if you hit an enemy. I even got the achievement for beating her so many times, but still.. no box drop. There is no way in 4 times I did not do less then 1% damage. 

 

I attempted it again with a clanny after doing a file repair and we both were on the boss the entire time, he got the box.. yet once again no box.

Did you die during the fight and respawned (with 4)? If you did, the damage counter would have been reset.

never died, and I only left her when some moron tossed her across the damn area or during her heat attack where you need to stand on the vents. Minute the attack was over I used a charge skill to get back to her.
