Skinning your weapon = Able to que in higher level dungeons

I mean just.... LOL.

 

Now, my summoner has BLIGHT staff, the stage after hongmoon staff, SKINNED to the moonwater staff.

So I think the game thinks I have a higher level weapon? But really, I'm level 27. LOL.

I thought it was just a visual bug... But I can queue for it.
