A New Start Quest Bugged?

I've recently been going back and doing all of the faction quests, which I should have been doing from the start but didn't know how important they were.

So I'm at the wanderers hut and need to speak to an NPC called Guyuk and he doesn't show up. I've changed channels and exited the game to see if he would show up but he never did.

Not sure if this has happened to anyone else recently, if it has please help!

 Are you wearing your faction costume ?  none of the daily quests will show without wearing your costume

 

remember though you will be flagged for PVP while wearing it, also the lower level ones are worth doing, at least once, to make you rank up with your faction, just one rank is enough to make the quests in the moonwater beach area unlock

I am wearing my faction uniform and he still doesn't show up, I will try again with the new update.

I have just run into the same problem. I have also done as you have. I changed channels restarted game I even abandoned the quest "It pops right back up" Still can't see her when I change to uniform.
