QUESTION FOR KUNG-FU USERS

Hey I played in a private Korean server a bit ago. One of the skill paths for kung-fu master allowed you to use cyclone kick twice in a row and it had some lightning animation? has that skill tree been removed or changed or am I just not seeing it.

That's a really old version of kfm skills and it's no longer used.
