Blade Dancer TAB can't work moving counter clock-wise

So I found out that if you're using left and up, for me it's default so W, and A, and well holding both of those keys down while pressing tab to try and execute Vortex with Tab it doesn't work. Nothing happens. Tried it multiple times, works with W, S, D, and W D, but why not W and A? Did they just think people would not have the dexterity for it? This can probably or should be able to be easily addressed...

Keyboard problem, double check via trying it on a notepad or something

Why would it be a keyboard problem when the buttons work individually, and it works in combination with one of the others, just not when WA are combined with tab. I can use WA just fine, it's when tab is involved, I can use any other skill in combination.

Edit: If someone else could test this, it would help to figure out if it's just me. But as I stated above, I don't see how it would.
