No assasin weaps what is going on?

I dont know if my RNG is bad or a bug aquired but I opened 23 deva chests, got 7 warlock daggers no surprise and rest are from the other classes in game. Im wondering if this is a bug or just me having bad luck, I need to progress faster than this. Litteraly used 2 hours of my life to farm a lowbie weapon for my alt. On my KFM I got it instantly from the first chest i opened. This is like Tera fate of aruns RNG boxes 1 to 10000000000000.
