Scaredy cat Outfit

Hello. So I just wanted collect Scaredy cat outfit and it says that it drops from Jiangshi near to Everdusk, Foshi Pyres. Ok I guess I found it but Im killing there Jiangshis for 2 hours and it didnt drop (any part). I mean if I am on wrong place or..is it really so rare ? :D

Not sure how rare it is, but rather than grind for it I bought one in the auction for 13 silver.  I know, I'm lazy.  :P
