AZERTY / QWERTY

So every few times I log in my keyboard gets randomly changed to AZERTY from a QWERTY... does anyone know why? or how to stop it? the only fixes i've seen is to click reset on your keybinding which works but if you have all custom keybindings like me it really sucks to have to do that multiple times a week.   I have seen a few post on this, not 1 has an answer from anyone at NCsoft so I guess they just say F U to us... if anyone knows how to fix it that would be greatly appreciated.

you're pressing shift+alt (iirc), I guess

yeah I read that before,, but that doesn't change/fix anything when I am pressing it
