What Server to join....Windrest/Starfall/Ebon ??

I played at Windrest but ppl there dnt know what a party really means and dnt really know the meaning of an alliance..is it any diffrence at Starfall and Ebon ?

It's roughly the same everywhere (I'm at Starfall). I'd stay at Windrest since it has a big population, try to friend people and maybe start your own clan.
