Premium membership isnt reducing cost of upgrading weapons

 have a problem that when I checked the cost of upgrading my weapons it isnt showing reduce cost of it for me, but for my friend it is showing, so I pay normal cost for upgrading my gear not only weap but for jewelery too. I have premium for about 45 days and right now I payed as normal member. Why is that? I wrote to support, but they will probably reply in days and this is holding me back to uping my weap for pirate. If they find it bug I hope they will refund gold for what i shouldnt pay... Some ss to proof I have lvl 3 premium rank

oh wait what ? I thought that its from lvl 1 or atleast 2, but its not? Och my I need to do my reserch properly next time. Thanks guys my bad at that one.
