PVP is unbalanced

Every time i go in pvp i play against this shiti fm who always freeze and stays behind like a *cricket*ing duck and just spamming his retarded freeze poop . All i can do i staying around waisting all my escapes and then ingage in a *cricket*ing frozen guy who gets 100 % HP back. This isnt pvp anymore this is cancer. I go play Hello Kitty now . This is just unbalanced . Even Summoner and Blade Cancer isnt this broken.
