Can you duo 4man in lfg?

So, i've started playing this game quite recently out of boredom and after a week i found out that a friend of mine was playing it too.

He plays on a german server while i'm on a english one. I don't really want to start playing on his server, mostly because of language problems when looking for parties.

Plus LFG let us run dungeons together anyway. My question is, can we run a 4man in LFG with only us two, or do we need a full party of 4 players to start it?

You don't need a completely full party to enter the dungeon. I did a 6man with 3 people. They just have to all select ready and the leader hits enter dungeon.
