Alter Appearance

if i change my dagger's appearance will it be perma(which means wont be able to change it anymore) forever or I can change the appearance of dagger anytime?

You can change it as many times as you want (you can even revert to its original appearance), but keep in mind that once you change it, whatever skin you used before to get the appearance will be gone forever. This includes any skin you buy from the cash shop.
